Drop-Off/Pick-Up
Have your ID ready when you sign your camper out each day. Please arrive between 8:45-9:00am for drop-off and 3:45-4:00pm for pick-up.
We offer before and after care from 7:45am-5:15pm for $50/week. Any late pickup fee of $1/minute may be assessed without extended care.

Bob Brown Field Station Drop-Off/Pick-Up Location
The Bob Brown Field Station is our home base Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday. The drop-off location is the Vaughn’s Gap Cross Country Trail parking lot on Hwy 100, just NORTH of the stop light at Old Hickory Blvd.
FYI- We will have signs marking the parking lot because the building is not clearly visible from the road.
Thursday – River Day: Drop-Off/Pick-Up Location @ Pavilion/Shelter #11
Thursday is our RIVER DAY and drop-off and pick-up is located at Pavilion/Shelter #11 where we spend the day exploring a new side of the park. Pick up is 3:45-4:00 pm in Edwin Warner Park, off of Vaughn Road or if you have aftercare will be by 5:15 pm.
Follow the signs to Picnic Pavilion/Shelter 11, approximately 1 mile into the park.
We will be waiting for you under this lovely pavilion by the river.
