Counselors in Training (CIT) at Mountain Bike Camp
Mountain Bike Camp is proud to be growing the summer camp staff from within, hiring our long-time campers who have attended in the past. This tradition continues with added structure to ensure that teens are getting what they need in order to advance to staff positions in the future, developing leadership and an attitude of service back to the camp. This multi-step process supports development of 21st century skills, leadership, biking ability and instruction. Our hope is that campers will advance to CITs and then will join the staff team in the future and work towards coaching certification with NICA.
